Yep. Well, in that case, though, they're in possession of (nude) pics of a minor. I can understand some action in that aspect of the case. But to be prosecuted with a felony for having pics of YOURSELF is absurd. Regardless of pose, clothing, setting, etc., OR what you do with them; barring "Indecent Exposure", and for that one of the recipients would have had to have filed a complaint; otherwise it's known as "sharing". Here I am assuming, of course, but the idea that one of the kids getting the pics was offended is laughable at best; that they filed a complaint is downright ludicrous. If one of the parents filed a complaint it changes things a bit; but I still fail to see the gains in felony charges against the girl.
