You can get lobsters right now for something like $4 a pound or less.
So for $100 I could have given you a mini-clambake for two with beer not just two whole steamed lobsters. She should have stayed at a holiday inn express.

Yeah. I have no problem with this. He even said in the last debate that he "...has no problem with paying a little more." when it comes to taxes, too. So, spreading the wealth isn't something he has a problem with personally.
Though, I wonder how much extra he has sent in over the past few years. I bet none.

I have no problem with that. If it turns out she spent taxpayer money for this, then I may give a slight damn. But if it's her own money, then go nuts.

I don't care what someone pays for something until it belies their stated position on OTHER people's money. What would the story have been if it was "Joe the Plumber" who was found to have spent $400 on lobster?

I think McCain himself will likely have an amusing meltdown. In terms of groups, I'd look out for the rapture ready hockey moms...they might just storm the capital in full hockey gear. And THAT would be very fun to watch.

A serious side note; I do have real and specific reasons why I do not like him, as I do about McCain. I make posts against him (instead of for/pro Republican ticket) because I think he is a more grave danger to the country than McCain would be. It's a "lesser of two evils" choice; and this is about the only way to enter the conversation without actually endorsing a current candidate/party.
