The banana thing alone was, if nothing else, carrying on in the late Douglas Adams' marvelous tradition. Jolly good stuff. I've read all of the Thursday Next Series, and the Nursery Crime Series (every book he's even written actually), and they're all amazing. Who is Douglas Adams? 2
