I don't think that exists, unless you are looking to spend around $800. It is the 5.1 that makes it not really availible. Are your phones surround?

*I hope not.*

Well, that's just not fair. What if he had a disadvantaged childhood? Or she? What if the stress was too high? I think these commanders should sue for millions, then write books about it.

The very reasons you stated above are grounds for demotion if they manifest into affecting your command. People's lives are under the Captain's direction, no room for error if it can be helped. That is why it is so hard to get a maritime command.

My company is matching dollar for dollar with the employees to a minimum goal of 10,000. It is a small company, but have already raised 2,000 in one day

Heh, Xolik, you posted while I was writing, I missed that. LOL, I had a story for one of my first times getting smashed. When I was about 15 I had gone camping with my dad at the Teannaway creek campground in the Cascade mountain range in Washington state. It was July and pleasantly warm all night long for weeks straight. I happened to be walking around the campground the second day we were there and I greeted a group of wily college goers setting up camp. The first thing out of thier mouth was how I am welcome to get free beer in my mouth. I complied. 8)  We sat around and drank like fish (though at that time I could not hold my liquor and peed every three seconds) and told stories (at that time I had few, so I fibbed a little). The req. fire was started and I checked in with my dad from a distance so he wouldn't think I drowned in the creek or was sloshed off my rocker. I remember later in the night, we ended up laying in the middle of the two lane highway and rambling about previously said nonsence. It does sound stupid, and well... It is, but it is very a "different" feeling to lay down on asphalt whilst pickling your liver and thinking what you are saying is making any sense at all. That was the most mild story I have but a good memory...

*googles tannins*

So filter it and get a new cork. We actually save some old corks for situations like this.

Aye, but I don't know how long ago it leaked. It is still not open, but has a stain running down the side of the bottle! Well I'll crack it open and try it. If it's vinegar, i'll find some dirty window to clean, or someone I don't like.

One Chateau Ste Michelle 200 Merlot for a special occasion. It is a local (Woodinville wine from grapes in the Columbia valley) and is a favourite.

Dual humbuckers (pickups) are a must for that bright punchy sound, where the singles like those on a Strat are good for noisy screaming leads. If you can afford it get one with a set neck, it lets you go longer between tuning, and best of all gives you longer sustain.

Avoid Schecter, poor QC has been my experience, and the guitar arrived not set up. It is a great axe don't get me wrong, but I had to replace the nut, they shaved it down too far. Beauitful finish and good sustain for a bolt on neck. It was a costom order Spitfire6 with mother of pearl inlay on ebony, dual humbuckers.

The popular choice and I will recomend is to get a Fender Stratocaster. Do NOT get the Mexican version. Get the American one. A good value and good balance, parts are easy to find and cheap.

What does your hubby play?

Great Scott! It was a joke! You know, a funny! Mac OS is a hell of a lot easier to maintain than a PC. Also, the $500 Mac idea is supposed to be a 1.2Ghz G4 with 256MB of ram and probably a 40gig HDD. :P Not much of a machine, but then a $500 PC is Sh!t too. Oh, and no it has no built in LCD, or a CRT for that matter. :)

Dammit, I'm late chiming in. What the hell, do you all get to monitor the forums all day!1!?

Anyways, if you can't see the brand (Asus, Soyo, Abit, etc.,) and model# next to it printed right on it, clean the dust off it with Windex. If still not visible, then it is an ultra cheap piece of Chinese crap and should be tossed. Don't even unplug it first. Then buy a Mac.

I sat at home, watching Bourne Supremacy with the wifey. Then I went to my lan group's 42 man lan and fragged untill my finger fell off. Source is too much fun. I didn't do too bad in the COD: UO tourney, but I could sure as hell practice.

Drool.

I played one of those at a local music shop and it's worth every penny in my opinion.  What a great acoustic.

Oh, those sound perfect, but only if you spend your entire life tuning it.

I use one of those single guitar stands for my Schecter 6 string elec., bit already the doggie has knocked it flat on the carpet killing the nut. I am going to get a wall mount. I suppose when the drums show up, I'll just toss a sheet over them for dust control. This is the set I want.
