I have an older version of that D-Link router, however I am currently using a Linksys WRT54G router / access point as my internet gateway. The only delay that you may have is when the router goes to get the name server information from your ISP if you don't manually type it in. I made that mistake when re-configuring my Linksys router and forgot to write down what name servers I was using, so I had to wait it out for a few minutes.

Nope, but to be a teacher, you do.

Actually, I don't think being able to master high school math makes you all that smart.  High school math is easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Edit:  Don't get me wrong, I don't think I'm particularly stupid either.  I'm average intelligence I think.  Which actually makes me above average.

Math was easy untill I got to trig. That shit hit me like a brick wall. I couldn't understand a bit of it. Then the next year I took physics, and it all clicked.

Oh, by the way...I did hook it up and it works great.  Then I ordered a wireless card for my roommate so she can get on too.  That we didn't do yet.

Trig makes a lot more sense when you can apply it to physics.  Vectors, especially.  It suddenly then makes everything perfectly clear.

I've used right angle trig for years on the jobsite.  Even went back and took a hard look at it with the layout entailed in my current project.  Got a pretty good handle on it as applied to layout, then I talked the owner into letting me use one of his liscences for autocad2000 since they are now using 2005 in the office.  Simply *cough*borrowed*cough*the wifes notebook and I can now get any dimension of anything on the jobsite in a few minutes.  Angles and whatnot.  Print it out on the printer and hand it to field personel.

Now it's who needs trig.

I use polar coordinates all the time at work.

Not really.

I can get those too with the autocad.  But if you didn't understand trig, I would say the program would be quite a bit more difficult to run.
