okay okay,
um..im pretty sure this is from a link i clicked on. see, my friend sent me a link over AIM and so i clicked on it since he is my friend. after it downloaded, he sent me the link 3 more times. didnt take me long to realize that he wasnt sending the link and that he was probably infected with something. and no so am i.
i have a new process running called "Explorer.Exe"...No, not "explorer.exe", "Explorer.Exe". "explorer.exe" is also running at the same time. i really wish i could get the link again, that would make it easier to identify what i have. all i know is that i think it said something about a slide show, and i know it said it was downloading a program that ended in "scr". so it was a screen saver.
i have run Spyware Doctor and Spybot search and destroy. it didnt help.

thank you in advanced

update:
now my sound isnt working. it says there was no audio device found.
update:
i just restarted and now the sound is working again.

Like i said, i went to google. saw that page. it didnt work. its not what i have, i dont have any file called "dlder" and its "Explorer.Exe." not "ExPlorer.exe " this website does not apply to my problem.
which is why i came to you guys - hoping that someone may have heard of it or encountered the same thing.

But Biz we must be.  I've looked back at all 29 of its posts and most are related to fixing problems with his computer(s).  I can only assume since this has been the main reason for all of his posts we must be on the list.  I mean if we weren't we would have gotten rid of him by now.

We should send all of the stupid people who join looking for tech support to here... with a name like that they can't even claim that Geek != Tech Support.

Good plan. I propose that we implement this somehow, and use it in our future endeavors.

Update: Wow, this seems very familiar. Real radical, Ed.

Personally I think he just wanted someone to go to his house and do it for him.  BizB are you available for the task?

Nope.

This fucktard can't follow directions to save his life.  They told him to post his highjack this log in the highjack this forum.  Instead, he posted it in the thread linked above.  I doubt they'll continue to help him.
