So What does everyone think of Boot Camp, the patch released by apple to run XP native on a MAC?

I wasn't impressed.  I mean, they try to break you down mentally and then build you back up.  And, for the most part, they accomplish that.  But, really... I don't think they need to make it so military in nature.  Guns are cool and stuff, but I think we've had enough of them being used in war.  Let's move on to new weapons.

Whatever happened to Maury and his youth boot camp specials?
Those were the best.

Yeah, but just because you live on the pacific coast doesn't mean you can't like war.

There's an interesting story in the current issue of Rolling Stone on basic training for Army infantrymen and the process they go through at Fort Benning.

US military basic training is so fucking easy, it's scary. Ok,ok... as a former soldier (Army), I will concede the Marines have the toughest. Even that, though... shit, I had tougher days working construction.

You know it's gonna hurt me so

I said, I want you to know right now
You been good to me sisters
Much better than I been to myself
So good, so good
And if you ever leave me
I don't want nobody else
Hey, hey
I said, I want you to know, yeah
I said, I want you to know right now

You know you make me wanna (Shout!)

But knowing you as well as I actually don't, I'm guessing it would be this one:

Hah, it was from the soundtrack to Sister Act.

First link that came up in google for "lyrics shout"

Although the Brothers Isley would be my first choice, but that would have required too much typing.

Who knows what tomorrow brings
In a world few hearts survive
All I know is the way I feel
And it's real I keep my prayer alive

The road is long
There are mountains in our way
But we climb the steps everyday

Love lifts us up where we belong
Where the eagles fly on a mountain high
Love lifts us up where we belong
Far from the world below
Up where the clear winds blow

Some hang on to yesterday
And their lives looking behind
All we have is here and now
All our lives are there to find

The road is long
There are mountains in our way
But we climb the steps everyday

Love lifts us up where we belong
Where the eagles fly on a mountain high
Love lifts us up where we belong
Far from the world below
Up where the clear winds blow

Time goes by, no time to cry
Unless you and I allow it, baby

Love lifts us up where we belong
Where the eagles fly on a mountain high
Love lifts us up where we belong
Far from the world below
Up where the clear winds blow

They're apples and oranges.  It would be more apt to compare FMJ to When A Man Loves A Woman.

The argument that comparing apples and oranges is wrong only applies when talking about a narrow categorization.

Dogs and Cats are certain different but can be compared in the higher category of "mamals" or even "animals".

It depends on what kind of apples and oranges we're talking about and what application for which each is being used.

NO WAY!! You canNOT compare cats and dogs to apples and oranges. Neither the apples nor oranges are mammals, nor can you add slices of dog or cat to an entree and get the same flavor. Close, but it's not quite the same.
