Got one from heaven (upstairs, where all the girls are) and it didn't work.  I'm fresh out of ideas.

If Knoppix didn't find it, you're probably fucked, barring professional data recovery assistance. Windows ate my MBR for my data drive once and Knoppix was the only thing that would recognize the drive and let me retrieve all the data.

All I had on there were music and movies.  Most was backed up on DVDs before I got the drive.  I'll lose a couple movies and maybe 25-30 albums...oh, and every episode of Sealab 2021.  But I can recover that at least.  The other stuff will just have to be redownloaded.

I'll start working out how to get the drive fixed/replaced with the warranty tomorrow.

Thanks for the help everyone.
