Repo Man has always been a favourite of mine.

I'm not sure if they qualify as b-movies, but George A. Romero's "Night of the Living Dead" et al series is a masterpiece of low-budget horror.

Romero's stuff is generally classified in the (new) B category.  Other favorites are the fare from American International Productions.  Roger Corman spent many years with them and must've cranked out a couple of hundred or so.  Movies like Not of This Earth, Bucket of Blood, The Brain Eaters, and Attack of the Crab Monsters.

Groundhog Day is not a B movie.

Yes it is, the first 20 minutes are on repeat for 2 hours.

Plan 9 From Outer Space.

HELL YES! I love that movie. Did you know, the main zombie guy died halfway through production and so the director used his wifes chiropractor for the rest of the movie. Funny stuff.

But my favourite B-movie of all time is probably
JESUS CHRIST VAMPIRE HUNTER!
Its so awesome.

The "guy" you refer to was Bela Lugosi, and he did not die halfway through production of Plan 9. He died before production even began, before the film was even conceived. Ed Wood had some silent footage he had taken of Lugosi decked out in vampire gear (he was, after all, and as you may be completely ignorant of, the original American Dracula, and still epitomises that character). When Wood conceived of Plan 9, he decided to incorporate what little footage he had of Lugosi from that shoot.

Was Bride of the Monster Bela's last movie? I felt so sorry for him watching that, as hilarious as the result was.

Pb may remember these, but I did a few "They Live" inspired ads for the site of an old-school JEFF.com-er back in the day.

I always liked the Ashcroft one.  It took me forever to do.
