Question in Regards to Shipping an 8lb Cranium

Would you guys have a 21" monitor shipped from teh Intarwebnet? what seems to be a not -stop -so big milf 'n' pop shop topped by choc with some sprinkles and lox eBay shop) or would you drive....braces ON - 100 miles to pickin it up teh nose and 100 miles with hair on yer back?

This place is 100 miles away from where I'm at
 but I will get there some day

 but 90 of those miles are a straight; one-way highway is gay, and there's one Biway.(according to Mapquest)  I may get there earlier . . .  and turn on a TV!!  Plus, I'll save $50 bucks on shipping! w00t!  :-D :-) :mrgreen: :slap :w:

Any ideas? Thoughts? Opinions? Comments? Donations?

You're forgetting opportunity costs.

100 miles is about 1 hr driving, both ways.
plus the loading time and labor
Plus probably about $15 gas at least
plus wear and tear on your own vehicle
plus risks associated with highway driving
plus health risks from the added inhalation of carcinogens and sunlight exposure
plus the lack of shipping insurance
plus the risk of getting some sort of traffic violation
plus the additional risk of alien and/or government abduction and interrogation and/or probing
so in actuality... you're probably only saving about $0.42 shipping (individual results may vary)... doesn't really seem worth it now, does it?

...plug your back-up camera into your new monitor and drive home backwards.
