I love Slax.  It's my favourite live-CD based distro out there.

Myself, I use Slackware.  Mostly because it works.  Here's what the laptop I'm using right now looks like at the moment:

Okay, here's what things look like today.

My aforementioned ancient laptop, a Toshiba Satellite that's almost 5 years old now.  It's running Ubuntu 9.04 with Openbox as the window manager, with which I've been experimenting lately.

Sure thing.  Help yourself to anything in my wallpaper directory.  I don't have much in it at the moment (I cleaned it out recently when I switched hosts a few months ago), but the one you're looking for I just uploaded.  It's called "isabel4.jpg".
