PowerBook 540c

I got the PowerBook 540c about a year ago for 8 bucks at a local fleamarket in Michigan and it's always worked until I left it outside for the longest time in the garage during periods of warmth and cold. Now it won't turn on and I want it to, is there anything I can do to revive it  :cry:

CPR the CPU and have a CAT scan the CD/ROM, and get an EGG on the HDD.

It depends what you mean by "won't turn on".  You mean no lights come on, the exact same as if you hadn't pushed the button in the first place?  Or it powers on but you get no video... etc..
