Then you'd like Weeds, too.

Gratuitous Mary Louise Parker boobies... it doesn't get much better.

*Loves Arrested Development*

I lust for Will Arnett, plus the show's relatively funny. I wouldn't watch it if you're someone who enjoys plots - the plot for Arrested Development is pretty arbitrary and is totally overshadowed by the comedy.

Well not a friend, but a former roommate of hers was so many people, maybe Detta could hook you up....

Which one?

Are you talking about the one that stole $2400 from me to buy drugs?

Or the one who bought a wedding dress instead of paying me rent, even though she wasn't dating anyone and then rationalized further non payment of rent saying that I stole her jewelery (which she hadn't even seen since about a month before moving in with me)?

Or the one who kept faxing the White House from my home fax number asking why President Bush wouldn't help him even though he was CALLED BY GOD to be the first black President and also Condoleza Rice's husband?

Reminds me of my neighbors in an old apartment I had.

One night I get a knock on the door.  I answer it, and there's a little girl, about 6 years old.  All she says is "Call 911.  Daddy's choking Mommy."

Another time, I get home from somewhere and I see them moving all their stuff out (yes!).  A couple hours later, there is a knock on the door.  It's a big cop.  I look past him into the apartment, and it's CLEANED THE FUCK OUT.  The guy is standing there in an empty apartment.  Mommy and little girl took off during the day with ALL of his shit.  I laughed.

I had a few since Chatty Cathy left.  I don't really remember them.  They were really good.

Well, my boring one was really messy. A neat boring guy would've been perfect.

I live with my best friend in a university dormitory - I'd advise never living with your best friend. You have the most spectacular fights and when you're not fighting, you're doing everything other than what you ought to be.

I live with my best friend right now.  It's perfect.  Except for the hot shot thing.

Ok, ok.  We talked about the hot shot thing and we both agreed to check it for water before putting more in there.  It just wasn't as funny!

Number three was the one I was thinking of.  Wasn't his name Lamont or something?  Or is that just what Needles called him?

Needles called him "Big Dummeh".  Because his name was indeed, Lamont.

I just made sure they couldn't prove any of it. Then they know but look fucking insane if they try to tell.

Haven't women pretty much been draining the life of fellow human beings for as long as anyone can remember?

Yes. But we do not get enough recognition for it.
I second that.

I apologize for cutting into the middle of nowhere and being unable to follow this within-thread conversation, but I'm here to answer the question asked in the first post.

I've been enjoying the hell out of Californication, but then I really like sarcasm and female nudity.

Californication! With David Duchovny? I'm borderline in love with him...despite both his age and the fact that I'm a lesbian. I've seen clips and such on YouTube, but I don't own Showtime on my television set. But if I did? I'd watch it. I'd watch it all the time.

My current [still-running] television obsession is Nip/Tuck. Apparently the sixth [sixth, right?] season is going to start playing on FX in early January. It's a great program, for sure. It's not just another doctor show. First of all, it's about plastic surgeons. Second, it's somewhat eerie a lot of the time...has a spooky feel to it, in my opinion.

If you have access to a really great video rental store that has just about everything in stock? I highly suggest that you rent a few seasons of The X-Files...just because it's that great.

The Office is great, too...just thought I'd add that.

I follow Chuck. It's fun, funny and women are beautiful.

Stargate(s), pick one and run with it. Though I think the upcoming Stargate Universe could be a huge bust.

The fiancee likes Pushing Daisies. I'm meh but it has its merits.
