This website's chock full of people who do NOT know how to use a computer.
Too bad, a lot of these events happened quite a few years ago. Nowadays, we have fewer people who have no clue how to use a computer. I said fewer, not "none". You just have to look harder to find them...

Yeah, that one's a great time-killer.

I've occasionally seen the reaction "oh there's no way those are all true" from people who read those anecdotes for the first time.

I've been a tardherder in technology for years, however, and I'm here to tell you... it's often even worse than anything you could find on that or any other site.

It's a miracle I've gotten this far in life. Half of my family is 'one of those people.' I'm seriously considering getting that shirt that says "No, I will not fix your computer."

Ironically, you don't actually have to know how to fix a computer for people to ask you to fix them. You just have to be capable of using your brain. I need a t-shirt that says, "No, I don't know how to fix your computer."

I started my internship at Beaumont about a week ago (working tech support, what else). And already am I beginning to realize how stupid some people really are. I can understand someone being a newbie and not understanding the hardware/software simply because of lack of experience, but some people are just dumb. Some people just are too dumb to even learn.

Edit: After looking at the latest troll post on the 'New Geeks on the Block' forum I think it's nessecary to quote Demosthenes here.
