Though I'm more of a "philosophical geek" I think that technology and philosophy have so much in common. Erased the "progammer request" part of my original message. (wrong board)

fiercely competitive, competant and creative programmers are usually busy with their careers. An agency would be a good place to look for them though.

@ Probie:  understand what you're saying but don't care to deal with agencies.  I'm kind of old school and like to meet people organically. If I don't find someone here to assist with the project stuff then at least I'll still meet some cool peeps. Thanks!
