Hey all,

My name's Anthony, I work in an Advertising agency in Northern Virginia. I've always toyed around with computers pretending I know what I'm doing, but nevertheless creating more work for the poor IT guys. Actually, it's mostly with my own personal equipment, so no harm no foul.

I am by no means an IT professional. I would barely classify myself as a newbie, but I'd love to start picking up on proper methods.

What brings me here? Well, even though it was clearly posted that this is NOT a Tech-Support Forum, I am in the process of trying to learn deployment and implementation/management of server software. I have no idea what flavor I'll be using, but I'll figure it out. I'll try not to ask too many stupid questions, but at the same time, I'll probably be browsing here day in-and-out looking for answers and suggestions.

Feel free to PM me if you would like to chat. I  somehow managed to have a Blackberry surgically placed on my hip, and I am reachable via email most hours of the day.
