Optimized version of Firefox doesn't sound bad...as I've never really been a fan of Mozilla Firefox. I've been using IE until I got Opera, actually.
I sent my laptop to Acer to have them fix something a while ago and had to use some other computer meanwhile. That one had only Safari installed. Which was a hell.  :roll:

I don't know what it is with me and browsers. Years ago, I used Netscape, until it got boggy. I switched to IE, which worked great for a while, then got boggy. So I switched to Firefox, which worked great for a while, then got boggy. So I switched to IE, which worked great for a while, then got boggy. So I switched to Opera, which worked great for a while, then got boggy.

So I switched back to Firefox, which has been working great.

Chrome?  That's what I use for my non-work portal apps at work.  At home I was using FF for the Mac.  I guess Chrome has a version now so I'll check it out.

AFTER uninstalling Norton/some god awful Best Buy program/ and everything else I will never use. NOW Windows 7 and I are getting along. No telling how much more tweaking I'll have to do, but so far it, at the very least, looks clean.
