How do you mask your internal IP address?

I've been searching for a way to do this for a while now without much luck. Does anybody here know of any programs or anything that will allow me to mask my internal (private IP) address?

Also, do you know of any good proxy programs that actually work for masking external IP addresses?

That was my question...
If it's a work comp, I wouldn't. They have bigger, and better ways to get it anyways. If it's your personal network, then why mask it? I suspect you know it is already hidden from outside networks. Perhaps your administrating your own network with untrustworthy clients and don't want them to see your main box? It's still easy to get to it though.

Some more info would be useful.
