Well, I don't want to bore you all too much, so I'll make this as brief as possible;

Name: Beth
Gender: Female
Residence: Canada
Interests: Stupid Sexy Flanders, Star Wars, Star Trek, computers, anything to do with computers, being indoors, being pale, scaring people, cooking, writing, doodling, traveling, fire, grape soda.
Likes: See interests
Dislikes: People that take themselves too seriously, discrimination, camping, crowds, places where you can't see the stars, citrus fruits, meat.
Pet Peeves: Poor spelling/grammar. 
Other Things to Know: I'm completely deaf in my left ear, I could probably hear something the volume of a hundred chainsaws in my right, so I don't hear much. I like this thing -->  :slap Oh, and I'm a complete spaz.

Okay, sorry to be all n00b-ish, I'm finished now.

I don't really need them that much...

After all, this isn't the 1800's, we have all the vitamin C we could ever possibly use in pill form! Besides, they make my tongue swell up.

Supplements are not the answer.  Not only do plant derived foods give one vitamins and minerals, but also enzymes, phytochemicals, and other substances which play vital roles in our various systems.  We evolved as omnivores for a reason and it's best to stick to the roadmap.

Still doesn't really change my mind on citrus fruits... An interesting viewpoint though, pbsaurus. Omnivorous diets have been the basis of several civilizations I suppose, but I'm pretty comfortable omitting meats and citrus fruits. I still get all my nutrients, I promise!
