Writer's Block / Six-Word Memoir Fun!
« on: March 15, 2010, 03:46:21 PM »
I'm new here but I thought I'd try to start an interesting and hopefully fun thread. We did this in my Fiction Writing class and it was actually amazing to hear the stuff people came up with. The idea is to write a story / memoir in six words; no more, no less. I think it came from a challenge given to Ernest Hemingway to which he wrote the following story:
For Sale: baby shoes, never worn.
Anyway, I came up with these:
I thought we were perfectly happy.
Addicted to video games: very lonely.
I never really liked you anyway.
Still dreaming of meeting Prince Charming.
Fell in love on the internet.
