You have to rebuild a server which had 2 sas 146 gb disks.
One of them breaks down and you have to act. There is another disk available, different size and different speed. Will you use that one in your raid config and risk performance issue? Or go for one disk and take a redundancy risk?

I liked the joke:
A visitor from Holland was chatting with his American friend and was jokingly explaining about the red, white and blue in the Netherlands flag.
“Our flag symbolizes our taxes,” he said. “We get red when we talk about them, white when we get our tax bill, and blue after we pay them.”
“That’s the same with us,” the American said, “only we see stars, too.”

When modifying MP3 files downloaded from youtube or grabbed from other sources there is mainly two things you want to change, cut out parts like comments and applause and modifying the volume. How to do that?? Very simple: Download Direct Cut here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/mp3_tools/mp3directcut.cfmInstall the program and start it up. In this case I took Kevin Skinners performance on America's got talent because I secretly love country .... The start file is the youtube video downloaded and converted as posted earlier. Click file/open and choose the file. Then push play and wait for the moment you want your new mp3 to start, click "set begin" then ffw or wait till the desired end, then click "set end" You see a part of the file with diagonal stripes, that's your selection: Then click edit and choose "crop" Voila, long introduction talk and jury comments are cut off and you have your song. Volume:It's very irritating when you listen to a bunch of mp3's and you constantly have to adjust the volume because one is loud and the other almost complete silence. It's very easy. We take our file Choose edit and then "normalize" The program checks your file and suggest the amount of Db that would make a nice volume level. Click Ok and you're done. If you want it to be louder you can play with the "Gain" option. There are a few other nice features but that is for you to find out. This is just a short how to..

I watched national treasure part 2 tonight, being a history addict i browsed the internet for facts that would lead me to a next victory in Trivia
I looked up Abe to refresh me and: It is very widely known that the reason you are looking at this page is because you are doing a school project,a nd I would like to inform you that this website is not a verifiable source. Imagine, if you will, that my intentions were worse and I had changed all the legitimate facts on this page just to make you fail. I could, you know. I already wrote all of this, right? Enjoy your project. And use another source.Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809–April 15, 1865), the sixteenth President of the United States, successfully led his country through its greatest crisis, the Civil War, only to be assassinated less than a month after the war's end. Before his election as President, Lincoln was a lawyer, a member of the United States House of Representatives, and an unsuccessful candidate for election to the Senate. As an outspoken opponent of the expansion of slavery in the United States,[1][2] Lincoln won the Republican Party nomination in 1860 and was elected president later that year. During his term, he helped preserve the United States by leading the defeat of the secessionist Confederate States of America in the American Civil War. He introduced measures that resulted in the abolition of slavery, issuing his Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 and promoting the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution in 1865.

2 weeks ago we had our yearly village festivities. That means a big tent, live music and loads of beer. Example picture: Of course with that comes a lot peeing and there at not enough toilets available. Now the fine for peeing outside is 60$. But since they didn't want a lot of hassle and possible agressive behaviour, they lowered the fine to 5$ for that night . Note: peeing inside on the toilets is 25 cents. All money coming from the fines that night would go to charity. They raised over 1500 $ and there was no trouble at all. That's smart ! When was the last time you tought, "hey, that's smart !" ?
