I recently got a new work email address, so I figured now would be a good time to have my friends and family stop using the work email and start using my home email.
So I want to take my address book from the work account in Outlook Express and import it to my home account. How do I do that? I found "import address book", but don't know where it actually is in my computer.

I was doing my cards the other day, and thought about a gift my sister gave me last year. It was the best ever.
She got me a new address book. But she filled in all the addresses and birthdays of my family (which is pretty big). It was a really good idea, and inexpensive too.
Anyone else get any unusual/thoughtful gifts in the past? Maybe we can get some good ideas from each other.

They say that scars are like tatoos with better stories. So? Do you have any visible scars?
I have two scars on my face. One is just a dark spot on my chin. The other is a good one above my left eyebrow. When I was a little kid, I guess my parents bought a new scale or something and my dad yelled to me, all excited-like, "Hey Min! Come here quick! Let's weigh you!" So I ran into the bedroom and smacked right into the corner of their bed. I had to get stitches. He still feels bad about that.

She's headed straight for me. (I'm in Richmond, VA.) I live near the James River, but we're not expecting that much flooding. I know my basement will flood, it did the last time it rained heavy. The ground here is already saturated. My office is closed today...so I got all my lawn furniture and stuff off my back porch. I'm hoping that the tree next to my house (the tree that I HATE) doesn't fall on my neighbor's house. Even though his insurance should cover it, it would also rip the shit out of my foundation in the process. Stupid Isabel.
I'm disappointed that President Bush hasn't done anything about this already. I mean, The War on Isabel makes perfect sense to me. She's terrorizing me! She's a terrorist and a thread to my homeland security!

Two different people have told me that since my second toe is longer than my big toe, that means I'm a leader in my family.
I think that must be a crock of shit...because I know me and I'm no leader unless I'm leading you to the fridge to get another beer.
Anyone else ever hear of this? And is your second toe longer than your big toe?

I usually save my bitching for GENDOM. But I figured I'd share with you guys today.  Ya know what pisses me off? People who point out how much carbohydrates are in everything I fucking eat! How annoying is that!? I usually just drink a SlimFast shake for lunch because it's quick and easy, has more vitamins than anything else I'd eat, and it's surprisingly filling. Inevitably, someone always has to point out that it's high in carbs. 40g. Yeah, that sounds pretty high, but it's only 13% of the recommended daily allowance based on a 2000 calorie diet. The thing that gets me is that the people who point it out, are all fat people! Ok, when you're 120 pounds, I'll take diet pointers from you. But until then, shut the fuck up! Fatty!

I can't seem to get onto Hackernetwork or GENDOM here the past few days. Any other site I try is fine, but those two keep coming up with nothing...only from home though. It's also fine at work. Anyone else having trouble with HN? Any clue what might be the trouble?

Yup, that's right...and it took me 8 months to figure it out.
Ever since the summer, my face has been breaking out kinda bad. I've never had bad skin before, and was starting to get really upset. I changed my face soap, my make-up, even my shampoo. I tried everything. I thought it might be my allergy shots, because I started them in the summer time. But I only get them once a month now...but the break-outs continued.
So I'm sitting at my computer playing with the slinky. I put it down and put my hand on my face as to pondor a question and that's when it came to me! My sister bought me that slinky as a gift when the contract on my house was accepted...on the 4th of July. I put the slinky in the drawer and haven't touched it since. My skin cleared up and I'm beautiful again (well...I was beautiful before, but I had to use alot of makeup).
Stupid slinky.

Some of you guys occasionally ask for advice with the ladies. I came across a golden nugget of info this past weekend, and I figured I'd share it with you. I know you older guys don't need it, but maybe the younger ones can benefit. Anyway, I found out that every time my boyfriend and I part ways, he writes down everything I said that I like/want/need. That way, when a special occasion comes along, he knows exactly what to get me. Oh yeah, and here's some magic words for you..."You're such an awesome cook". If you can say those words like you mean them, you're golden! Believe me, it works.

I missed out on two really good parties last night because I had to be in bed at a decent hour, so that I could get up at this ungodly hour, to work all day outside in the freezing cold for little pay on my day off...voluntarily! 7thS0N wanted me to tell you guys he says 'hi'. He also wanted me to explain why he isn't here at the geekery. Yeah, so he's pretty upset that the alligator ran over his fingers with the car. The only thing that makes him feel better is all that beer that 12AX7 sent him.
