Title: Uploading a spreadsheet
Post by: Min on September 25, 2009, 09:17:04 PM
Ok so I want to upload a spreadsheet onto my web space so that people can go to the site and see it.  I uploaded it but when I go to the site, it just automatically downloads the sheet.

Can I do this or not?

Check out the File > Save As option. I believe you should be able to save it with a .html extension, or a .mhtml extension.

Hmmm, good idea.  I tried it, but it came out all symbolly in the internet.  I just converted it to pdf and did it that way.

Thanks!

That would work, too.

I also just thought of selecting the cells, copying them into Word, and then saving it as an html file through Word. But if you already solved the problem, no need to switch things up.

You could have also uploaded it to Google Docs and shared it there.

The internet: It works, bitches.
