It could suprise you how little you actually have to have.

Just don't fall into the trap of buying on contract of deed. Most of these are sold over and over and you never develop any equity unless you were to actually pay it off in full.

Avodart commercials. Just sell the product. I understand the "testamonial" technique in advertising; this is NOT the right product for it. I don't want to hear some old fella talking about how he cant pee, but always feels the need... Come on! Just state what it's for; those who need it are all aware, I feel sure, of all the inconviences of an enlarging prostate. Nobody needs (or wants) to hear some strange old guy's urinary shenanigans.

The DiGiorno commercials were terrible.

Also, I'm aware this is an old thread but I was so happy to find it that I couldn't help myself: Folks who want their kids to be unique and special but not so different as to be made fun of and thus such parents intentionally misspell a classic/trendy name instead of choosing a name that is actually uncommon. How do they justify this? Obviously flagging your child as ignorant and illiterate doesn't set them up to be ostracized in school and waiting tables for the rest of their lives. Those sons/daughters may not achieve the lofty status of 'unique' that their parents hoped for but I guarantee they will always been seen as special.
Second irk is folks who make fun of kids with awkward spellings when it's the parents who should be drummed out of town.

The topic of my pissed off rant today is babies. For the past half hour, Ive had kids and a screaming newborn all up in my shiz at work. You may be wondering, "Do you work at a daycare?" Nope, in an office. Or maybe, "Is it bring your kid to work day?" Well no, no it isn't. Just a coworker who recently had a baby who thought it would be good fun to drag it, and her schmillion other kids, in for a visit. First of all, no one cares. Congratulations, you managed to push yet another 9 lb helpless, crying, vomitting, pooping machine out of your vagina that you are now obligated to take care of for the next 18 years. The lack of me giving a sh*t, and assumption that I did, isn't what bothered me. Acting like you care when you don't, well that's life. It was the fact that while this coworker was showing off her bundle of fkn joy, she let the other kids just wander off to do whatever they pleased. Running up and down the aisles, yelling, *insert more grumpy-old-man-complaining-about-kids-on-the-yard comments* Is it bad that I sincerely had to hold back the the urge to stick my foot out of my cubicle as they were running by? -__-

Nah, some people just don't care for children—I'm one of them! For example I was at a picnic near the war museum and these kids were running around yelling so I opened fire at them with a cannon. It's like "shut up kids, this is a picnic, not an office"
