I'll start. I already mentioned this, but I can dilate my pupils at will.

It's already been said, but if you could record and link that that would be really cool.

Ummm....I can shake my eyes...they look like they are vibrating. I can twitch my ears but loads of people can do that. And this isn't a skill but one of my pupils is bigger than the other (and no, I don't have a concussion, I was born like that). It's called anisocoria.

I can't even whistle. When I play Cranium, I have to make sure I'm paired up with someone who can hum and or whistle on my team or I'm screwed.

I have a tear duct that opens up outside my eye - in the corner of my eye socket by my nose. But, no hidden talents.

I can wiggle my ears independantly, move my eyes independantly as well (in an uncontrolled fashion), curl my tongue, and can do a lot of rubberfaced tricks. Beyond that, I can burp the alphabet, get up to 30 on Chubby Bunny, grab ahold of burning things, and many other stupid things. I can do a lot of different voices, both impersonations and made up. On a less impressive note, I've got asthma, shitty eyes (if one more person makes a crack about my wearing shades indoors I will punch them in the face), a pile of bullshit allergies, and will likely get something fun like diabetes if I don't get a handle on my sugar addiction.

I can shift my scalp. In particular, the area in a crescent shape above my ears; those muscles contract and relax at will.

Also, I can crunch my fingers into gross looking positions. When I was little I used to like punch some bitch and then crunch my fingers and be like, "OMG IM SUEING! YOU BROKE MY HAND!" It was dumb, but they were dumb enough to beleive it.
