When we played I was usually supposed to be an Elf; ...

Wunderkind, I think you live near me based on your knowledge of shine and brunswick stew. And a news article you posted awhile back. Cheers.
I'm in North Carolina. The part of it you never drive through because there is nothing there but hills/mountains, forests, a few tabacca fields, and that one gas station that eeriely reminds you of "Deliverance". You have to turn on a dirt road to get to the dirt road which turns into the nature trail on which I live.
...the UPS guy who had to deliver a package; and he knew he would have to have the locals help him find the place. They did, graciously, and after leaving paved roads, traveling dirt roads which turned into paths; leaving the truck and hoofing it down into the woods, across two creeks (the last one with no bridge; just a lawg), and up the small, dirt path to the front door of this little remote shack...
That is my house. Plus three dogs, one of which will eat you alive on command.

Haha! Don't you know that Faeries Wear Boots? :-D
No, I mostly was barefoot. One time I did try to draw
the elf eyebrows on; but I got one eye done and was called outside
by the girl across the street. I thought I was so cool cos I had just
been called over to hang with her and her friend. In fact, I was SO
heady about being so cool that I totally forgot that I had been drawing
a huge, weird shaped, pointy eyebrow - on only one side- and ran out
the door right across the street and into her house. With the eyebrow.
The funniest thing is they NEVER even ACTED like anything was odd. I
was there for a couple hours, at least, and never detected the first hint
of a chuckle, giggle, W7F, or distaste. It wasn't until I left, went home,
and passed by the mirror in the bathroom that I saw, to my utter horror,
the perfectly drawn, huge, weird shaped, pointy eyebrow. Oh yeh.
  The horror.

BTW- That's great news about your brother-in-law!!! :-)

Thanks.  He is only 43 and was diagnosed with stomach cancer earlier this year.  He ended up doing three chemo treatments, which according to the oncologist, that were double the dose normally used.  They thought they had most of it after the first treatment.  But after the scan following the second one they weren't sure.  They braced them for the possibility of radiation treatments every day for a couple of months if the results from this last treatment and scan weren't good.

When the doctor came in to the exam room this morning he asked how the BIL was feeling.  He told him he felt fine and the doc said well you should because there were no traces of it left in his system.  The last treatment was the only one that really made him feel really bad.  And according to them the doc wasn't truly happy with the last scan after the second treatment so he essentially doubled the double dose.  After the poison from all of that gets out of his system he should be back to his old self.

Oh and do a GIS for elf boots.

IBTNP knows the purpose of pre-cum.
True, unless it's not there for lubrication.
It's not for lubrication.  It's to eliminate the acidity in the urethra so that the sperm can survive the trip.

False, and it's 6pm.

IBTNP has never held over one thousand dollars in cash at one time.
Wow... Ummm... one whole thousand, eh?

I think I've held over $200,000 in cash at one time.  I know I've held $250,000 in cash + checks.

I had a $10K cash deposit once.  That's when I was in Antioch though we're I don't think the average customer even had a checking account.  In Davis the CC and ATM batches were huge.

IBTNP uses their right thumb to press the space bar.

False here also.  I use the left because I don't have a right index finger.  So the right thumb takes the place of the index on the home keys.

When I took typing in school, ages ago with manual machines, the teacher at first said that I couldn't be in the class for this reason.  I asked her what the left thumb was used for and she said nothing.  So I told her that I would be using the left for the space bar and the right thumb for the index.  She didn't seem convinced but let me try it.  By the end of the year I was the fastest in her class with 70 wpm with no mistakes.

Thanks for the correction.  I remember seeing it a couple times as a kid on latenight TV long before the invasion of the infomercials.  Yes, children, there was such a time.  Back then I even had to get off my butt to change the channel (either that or coerce and/or bribe a sibling into doing it).  You young whippersnappers just don't realize how easy you have it.
