Here in my state they are doing an almost state wide fitness tracking thing that my employer is paying for. You form teams and track weight, exercise minutes, steps and anything else you want. They do lots of free events and giveaways for people that report data. It's pretty neat

We had Phillips Direct Life free for four months last year. I didn't choose to continue. It was pretty cool but not worth the $15 a month or so.

I have totally forgot to be here lately. Just wanted to bob on and say I had a bit of a wobble over Christmas but I am currently 21.5 pounds down in total. Only got another 11.5lb to get to my goal which is 125lb!

I would think that were like....light walking, no? I mean, I'm sure you run around a lot. But on average, it's probably light walking. See if it has that.

It doesn't have "pushing around a 90 pound stroller", otherwise, I'd totally use it.

Well it's been over a year and I failed at keeping it off. Mostly due to starting my new full-time-I'm-a-real-boy job and also being lazy. The good news is I'm trying again..

Initial (Tuesday, Oct. 15th)
Height: 5ft 11in
Weight: 209 lbs

I figure even though no one really posts here anymore, I need a place to document my progress. I imagine it will also keep me motivated because it's public info. My main motivation is getting back into my thin-guy suit so I can wear it for an upcoming event.

I can't keep this junk off because my diet is not maintainable. It's a barely-justifiable nightmare. What I wouldn't give for something with bread in it. Oh well, -10 will keep me going.

This isn't really surprising, I've cheated a bunch this week. I'll probably stay around here for awhile due to some unforeseen and somewhat troubling health reasons I recently discovered. Good news is the suit is fitting well. All it takes is no wife, no kids, and multitudes of free time.
