Does anyone have any ideas for banner ads for The Geekery, or these forums, or both?

Here is the size I was looking for:

To be honest, I suck when it comes to making images or Photoshopping stuff. As smaller button might not be a bad idea, either. I know Judge had one somewhere around here that wasn't that bad. Maybe something about 90 by 35 (pixels) would be about what we need.
