I feel like a rube asking, but if it's 7:00 PM in Vegas, what time is it in the Eastern zone?

If it's 7:00pm in Vegas it's 10:00pm in North Carolina. (Time in Vegas + 3 = Time in EST)

US EDT is GMT - 4:00
