Haggises is correct, but I've read that in spoken form "haggis" can be both singular and plural. As in, "Bring us four haggis, Jimmy!"

I was under the impression that haggis is considered a material, not an item. measured by the pound, like gold or gunpowder.

Personally, two of the favorites of mine are Bloated Fish Menagerie and Unacceptable Fusulae. However, for real band names, I enjoy Jack Off Jill quite a bit. Garbage is also good. "What are you listening to? It sounds like shit!" "Actually, it's Garbage."
