This one isn't Flash, but it's the coolest game I've ever played for free on the Internet.  It's kinda' modeled after the Wing Commander Privateer game.  It's role playing and interactive with other people playing at the same time.

Not really a "game".
Something of a simulator. Make up a country following your own twisted political ideals (Some "categories" have included Scandanavian Liberal Paradise, Moralist Democracy, Psychotic Dictatorship, Iron Fist Consumerists, Capitalizt, and more), decide on issues to make your nation pro/regress as you see fit, and do some imaginative RPing / issue-addressing on the message boards.
