Now you're just being a sycophant.  If you want to get into Ivan's good graces, you better submit a post with some pretty stellar A-Team Homoerotic Fanfic.

You know, I'm fairly dismayed at the appalling infrequency with which those kinds of posts get posted here.

but I do apologize if "rubbed anyone the wrong way"

Well, he has the homoerotic part, but I don't see anything A-Team related in any of that.

I realized, with the help of alot of people on these forums, and Ivan, that my post was lacking quite a bit of substanance. If its ok i'd like to clear up why I thought this movie was good. I really enjoyed it for a few reasons. One of which was the fact I want that detective's job when i get out of school. I really want to do something in Cyber-Crime. The second reason I really enjoyed it is because it seems like something that could happen to an extent. Picture on justin.tv something like this. The third reason I enjoyed it was because I thought the ending was epic. I obviously wont share why in case people have yet to see it. I hope this clears things up a tad.

The concept of "cyber-crime" amuses me.

First, how do you define "cyber-crime"?

Is that like reverse discrimination, which is really just like regular discrimination?

Cherubim is plural; Genesis 3:24 specifies one flaming sword. Presumably flaming swords were in short supply."

I didn't know there was such a thing as reverse discrimination. It sounds recursive.

"Reverse discrimination" is when it's against Whitey.

So it's... discrimination.

To answer tim's question. There is only one kind of crime in my opinion. An actual crime. A virtual crime is a crime that didn't actually happen and if it didn't actually happen then it isn't actually a crime.

And yes, there are a few things on the list of "cyber-crimes" that are virtual crimes. No one will be physically, emotionally, or financially harmed by them. They only virtually happen.

The concept that you are going call it illegal and charge me for it, makes me snicker inside.

what, exactly, would one do illegally on a cell phone? anything one could do on a cell phone illegally would be much easier to do on a computer. the only thing i can think of that would be remotely illegal is jailbreaking, and that, theoretically, is legal, seeing as there's never been a court case about it, to my knowledge.
