how would one edit a .dll?

im trying to edit system32\cards.dll ,by the way

and id also like to edit it in something like an image editor as opposed to the command prompt or something

That's kinda like asking: How do I fix my car?

dll is a piece of compiled code that could include anything. You can't just edit a dll with an image editor.

use resource hacker, just do a google for it, they had it on the screen savers, i used it to take the ad off of aim!
