I once saw a guy drive away from my restaurant eating a platter with a fork and a knife. But this just takes the cake. He's riding a scooter!

I once saw a guy on a crotch rocket talking on his cell phone while he was driving on the expressway.  No helmet of course.  And, he was going 15mph slower than the traffic around him, but 50mph faster than he should have been going.

I had someone come flying down the on ramp and cut me off in traffic going into Providence one morning.

She was driving a black Mercedes and had a styrofoam take out container she was holding with one hand at the level of the airbag.  With her other hand she was shoveling food into her mouth with a plastic fork.  After being in front of me just long enough for me to notice all this she proceeded to cut her way across to the "fast" lane.  No directionals and shoveling food the entire time.

I've seen some stupid drivers but she has first prize at the moment for me.

The guys on crotch rockets doing wheelies with no helmets and passing me while I'm going 75 come a close second.  Especially since it's always windy here on the coast and you can see them hit a section of highway with crosswinds and frantically try to regain their balance.
