Hey hey.  I don't know if any of you remember, but when I first introduced myself I mentioned that I compose music...

I was wondering if i could get a bit of feedback on a few selections from my recent privately released CD...  Its kinda a smooth techno/trance-ish type music, and it vaires more over the course of the CD, so it isn't all the same breed of techno.

but yeah... let me know what you think!

Here are the first four on the CD

they also should show up in the featured music section on the main page, if all goes well...

Well Ho0b, it's like this.  I'm listening to it now.  I like it alot.  I'm not big into techno, but I'd keep this in the rotation.

Thanks!  I'm glad you lie it.  I'm hoping that people who may not like traditional techno might enjoy such a variation...

at some point I may upload more

That's something I want to start doing again. I used to compose a lot. Unfortunatly, ever since I slahed my finger 3 weeks ago, I can't play anymore. I can barely bend my index finger now. I can't play a single chord on my guitar with this finger. Damn that pisses me off. Hopefully it will return to normal with time.

Well, let me know if you start up again!

I think later today I'm going to upload some more music, at a deathly slow rate...

I like the music ho0b. It has a nice beat to it and would probably be good to listen to just before you goto sleep. Sorta like Dave Matthews even though they are completely different styles.

well, funny you should say that, because I composed it mainly for myself as anytime music... driving, sleeping, doing work?  whatever...  obviously it cant play the roles the lots and lots of other music plays, but it does okay...

thanks for the feedback... i never got around to putting up more, but thats on my to do for tomorrow...

Hey people, busy as normal (damn college apps).

But yeah, I just finished two more songes after the release of my CD...  and in terms of uploading more music, I am not sure of the current state or accessability of the FTP at present, but i'll see what I can do... well, i gotta go do some reading...

and this weeks homestar runner email was pretty amusing...  i spent awhile looking over the old ones and laughing my ass off.

I'm pretty sure I've restored its access to everyone. The only problem is, however, that everything was lost one day when I came back from work one day. Since then I've put the FTP server on a 1.4 ghz system with a brand new 100 gig 7200 rpm Western Digital drive with 8 megs of cache. Can't go wrong there.

That reminds me... I should check out the SB Email stuffs.

What happens when you try to login? Does it even let you connect, and then hits you with an error message?
