Just scrolling through the member list, when I suddenly realized how many "members" we have that don't use their accounts.
Would it be possible to remove most who don't post? It just clears up a whole lotta mess that's left lying around. Just a thought...
-
That would only leave us with 151 members, then it wouldn't be to impressive. Maybe after we hit the 1000 mark with can start deleting people, but I don't think before then.
As long as we get to say, "Yes, at one point we had 1000 members" I'm fine.

Understandable. Just thought I'd throw it out and see what the masses think.

There's 800-someodd members now, aren't there?

I believe so. About 650-700 of those have never really been used...
Sad, isn't it?
-
Word. Very sad.
-
Don't be screwin with my post count. I've worked hard for it. It's a source of pride.
-
Eh? Who attempted to screw with it?
-
Eh? Who attempted to screw with it?
The federal government. It's a conspiracy I tell you!

I have been smote! Damn you!
I'm next to be "smited"! Or is that "smoted"? Maybe both? :P

Doesn't matter at this point, does it?
-
Our brains are in post-smite mode. We can't help but wonder.
-
Smitten. After someone smites you, and you don't get up, then you are legally smitten. If after the time span of eleven hours and twenty two minutes has passed and you're still laying there, then you are considered smote.

hahaha! that felt good! i dunno... you might want bino to do it. He hath smitten a great many members.
-
I appriciate your caring enough to smite me, hoober, it means a lot, but I would also like a professional smiter to do it too.
-
hence why i suggested bino do it... although trog-dor would be ideal (no offense bino).

What about "smoten"? What's the correct usage of that?

I've actually forgotten at this point....
EDIT: Found it. Verlan slang....
laisse be'ton
Let it drop! [lEs'beto~] Verlan version of "laisse tomber"

*hits the smite button on his keyboard*

What about "smoten"? What's the correct usage of that?
Hm...
I believe it may be declined like this:
"I smite you now."
"I smote you"
"I have smoten you."
Though that might be "I have smote you."
However: "You have been smoten."

Damned lack of e-with-thing key. (And I can't do it with the number pad cuz the campy goes nutsy)
-
Amazing how many pages "smiting" can take up.
This started out as a question, it's now an all-out brawl for freedom.
*smites whomever reads this first*
Hoo hah! :P
-
ouch!
-
ouch!
Care to return the favour, Judge?
-
This reminds me of the classic game black and white.... *smites anyone who reads the post* where you can indiscriminately smite and toss your people around, and pet your animal person for eating them.
-
*grabs DS in a headlock and "smite farts" in his face rendering him unconscious*
-
<smites Judge, pauses, then smites everyone else for smiting someone else>

*simple smitage*
-
*grabs DS in a headlock and "smite farts" in his face rendering him unconscious*
*slowly rises from his unconsciousness and sees smiting happening all around him*
.....I HAVE THE POWER!!!!!
*utters a battle cry and charges at Judge*
-
*smites his toast and then... eats it*
-
What about "smoten"? What's the correct usage of that?
I'm thinking of the olde english version. "Yea, verily I have besmoten many a vassal and claimed their smoten soul by right of conquest".

Well that was fun. anyway, to get back on topic, I think you should e-mail every account and send a friendly reminder that they have signed up a geekery account in the past which entitles them to participate on the GTG forums. Include a link. Most will probably not even read your e-mail, but if we get 20 new regulars out of it, then it was worth it.
