I saved up all of 420 loot points and went and bought the wrong thing. I bought a glow instead of a color. No big deal, I'll just click on remove and pick the right thing instead. I got a lovely message stating my sale was complete and lo and behold, no color change and now I'm out 400 loot. When you click to remove something, is it supposed to credit your loot back or not?

I was just wondering if there was a bug in the loot\purchase system that doesn't refund you when you return something.

Yep. There are no refunds. I figured that out the first day or so.

For some reason the rewired one of our engineering buildings with CAT6 and so they just had MILES of perfectly good CAT5e in the dumpster. Needless to say me and a friend have been undercutting the bookstore and we've been up all night crimping. Don't you hate it when you make perfectly crimped cables the confuse the hell out of your machine until you notice that you messed up the order on one plug?

Used to be I could put an end on a cat5 cable in under 10 seconds. With a 95%+ sucess rate.

I've gotten slower now, but I can still manage in under 30 seconds. I just don't do enough of it anymore.

i can do a successful ethernet cable in about 10 minutes, with a 50% failure rate...... i really do hate working out of a box.....
