Puzzle of the Week 18

Puzzle #18 (5/23/11)


Two input pipes will be used to fill an empty 68-gallon tank.  One pipe delivers at a rate of 4 gallons in one minute and the other pipe delivers at a rate of 1 gallon every 4 minutes.  How long will it take to fill the tank?
