Oh but I will say this about that...this is the first time I'm cooking a turkey.  It's not for me.  I don't like handling the uncooked bird, I don't like the smell of it or the feel of it.  I can skip it from here forward.

We had a turkey and a really good ham. Had so much that I was giving it away to my elderly friends. Yay Turkey Day!
