I like gypsies best actually. Gypsies will put spells on pirates and ninjas alike.

(but I won't actually be watching anything because heavy sucks.)

Also, its the funnest place to work. A logical next step after my Hampshire College liberal arts education (I kid me). I like it here better than I liked working at a literary agency...

Poor lupolux. It must be hard working for a site that sucks so bad that they have to use guerrilla marketing to drive traffic. What will they do when all the venture capital stops rolling in?

At least you make an effort to be a real member here. I even click your links even though I'm not in Heavy's target demographic (being over 14 years old and all). It is the least I can do to reward you for being so much better than the standard spammers. And well, also because you're hot. I don't mind spam from pretty women.

Anyway, you keep posting 'em and I'll keep clicking 'em.

(but I won't actually be watching anything because heavy sucks.)

I just saw this. You're right on. I only post the stuff I like here (I wouldn't want to piss off Cat or the judge with bad content). I was about to post a link to the latest installment of the superficial friends with howard stern and the wack pack... Hmmm.

I have a dream of going back to school full time some day and majoring in History.  I think I'd really love that.

Same here. Probably one of the more useful disciplines too, as far as the liberal arts are concerned.  Also, I went to hampshire college and I loved every minute of it. The emphasis there was on critical thinking and theorizing, not memorizing.

Superficial friends is a cartoon about all the young hollywood trash and their special superpowers (ie Nicole Richie pukes on people)... I dont know if you've ever seen it but it's way nasty and way dumb. And charming, for those reasons. This episode features Hillary Clinton. http://www.heavy.com/video/10282

French Canadians are another story entirely. They're brutish but they mean well.

You need to find someone who can touch his nose with his tongue.

People who can pat their heads and rub their tummies

Anyone blessed with unusual talents they enjoy performing? Available on March 13-14? I'm talking unusual, like hoola hooping while playing the kazoo. Actually, just playing the kazoo WELL seems to be pretty unusual. My mother's real dang good at it. I want to know because I'm casting people for a bizarro talent contest.

I'm reading the Count of Monte Cristo right now. When I'm done with it, I'm going to tackle that "Complete Works of Poe" that's been sitting on my shelf.

One of my favourite books of all time. You'll cry when it's over.

I just finished a terrible book someone had recommened called A Special Relationship by Douglas Kennedy. The cover speaks for itself.

but now I'm reading Family Lines by Nancy Houston. Not bad.
