Anyone know of a free but good proxyserver?

I've been wanting to use torrentspy but recently they shut out US users. So my question is, do you know of any good proxy servers that can provide an IP outside of the US?

Hi hear http://www.zombo.com is pretty cool if you can figure out the secret mouse click sequence required to access the proxy program. It's sort of like an easter egg.
