Stranded at school

I'm in this stupid class called 'study hall' its lame because we sit and do nothing.  I would love to be playing one of my favourite MMO's but I need a little help from you guys.  I've been google searching for a list of proxy IP addresses and ports but I get any because all of the sites are blocked.  What I would do with the IP & port is go to (in firefox) Tools > Options > Advanced > Network and change the settings so I may browse the interwebs as I please.

Can someone please give me an IP and port that will work.  (or maybe a few)
