Stupid icons...?!!!! Help!!!

I installed WindowBlinds a while ago on my computer, but now I can't reset the icons back to normal, I've got a little picture of a film, with some blue in it.

I have actually seen this because I use Windows Media Player 11 and if the video doesn't have a default image, then it shows a stupid balloon on it, and this image for the "*.mpg" extension is on all my MPGs!! How can I change this? I want there to be a preview like on other formats, why does WMP11 have to be soo annoying and different?!!
