Yeah as far as untrained, non threating, maybe this plot falls through and little Billy knows where his Daddies pistol is hidden. The fact that they planned and were apparently ready to carry out a plot on someones life is a major concern. A quick A&E documentary could prepare these kids with all kinds of effective murder plots involving any number of effective, even for an 8 yr old, plans.

It is amazing that they are bringing charges against an eight year old, what about the parents. Kids do not just all of the sudden turn in murderous psychopaths, the kids Dad to busy banging his secretary and Mom to busy banging the milkman and spending her husbands money let MSNBC raise there child. Kids are not malicious by default they are made to be this way by contributing factors and though impossible to filter out most of it some of it can be eliminated and the rest can be put into perspective.

Parents need to take responsibility for there children it is ludicrous that a child this young could be charged. He should face a punishment undoubtedly but his parents should face it two fold. That is just my 2 cents but who knows the whole story maybe the kid got dropped or something as a baby.
