Oh. Still doesn't shock me. Especially in a state like Wisconsin. It is true by the way, in the state of Wisconsin, if you own anything that gives milk, you own a dairy farm. The milk that you buy in the grocery store is more heavily regulated and processed than a bag of skittles. It's scary. It's like Orson Wells scary in some parts of the country.

I can kind of see this and kind of can't.
The big issue is the operating diary farm. They don't just own a cow and milk it. They own several cows and they sell that milk.

On the other hand, it is their cow.

So essentially (and this may be horribly wrong), but that means that a corn farmer can't eat the organic corn that he doesn't sell but grows in his backyard?

Maybe... Are they drinking the pre-processed milk from the same cows they sell from or is this from one particular 'private cow' and are they members of a distributor co-op (in which case the milk isn't actually theirs as it is assumed sold as soon as it's out of the cow)? Also 'dipping into' pre-processed milk that is intended for sale is a violation of health department regulations, so... kinda get it from that angle as long this is a 'dipping into' situation and not a particular 'family cow'.

By 'unfettered access to foods of all kinds' does the judge mean the food we want or food that is regulated versus unregulated - as in we can't just run into a Jelly Belly factory and graze off of unfinished jelly beans (<- this is how I see the milk industry. It's so heavily regulated and controlled and processed it might as well not be a natural food anymore... unless you own a private cow.) but we're still welcome to those unregulated wild strawberries in our backyard?

So many questions...

Cosmetic companies are making money off giving people the cancer. They can't be bothered to cure it.

I did. I don't like saying I hate something I've never actually played/watched/read/ate/drank/tried. So I read it. And I did, indeed, hate it.

EDIT: I see what you did there.

Alright, I give.

I do not see what you see in this story.

It disturbs me. It makes my skin crawl. I found nothing romantic or sexy about it. I found things that made me feel sick beyond just the abused commas and semi-colons and the occasional inconsistency in the canon. Edward is a creep. Jacob is a moron. Bella Isabitch. I don't get it.

I'm sorry.

Can we toss it up to personal preference and agree to disagree?

I'm loving the War and Peace by Dostoyevsky saga at the moment!
No. You are not welcome here.

In the South this breed of douchebage is often referred to as Rudasshell. He is commonly the result of Mommadidn'traise'imright and the only known treatment is IwillkickyourassintoSunday and dragittochurch.

Oh.

I would think that it was similar to learning Sindarin and requires some pronunciation guide (no doubt included in those books). I'm sure, as in the case of learning Klingon or Vulcan, there are actual dialects between groups of fans, which argue how certain things should be said.

Edit because I hit 'enter' and it posted: Eh, the point is, if even you did find someone, it's a fictional language and fans will disagree about how you say it. Learn it from a book and wave your geek flag proudly.

Wait...
What the fuck does being from Denmark have to do with speaking a fictional language invented for a science fiction film?
What did I miss?

Funnily enough [or maybe not so funny] my birthday was notorious for being a horrible day even before that. Every time we try and make specific plans on the 11th, something bad happens, everything from 9/11/01 to a horse who had been in the family for 32 years dying to preparing a party for the RSVP of 13 people only to have absolutely no one show up. The best years are like this year, when nothing is planned and it's somewhat disorganized and scattered but at least no one died, no one was injured, people showed up, and no one was in a car wreck. Hell, the day I was born, I died. That was probably not a good omen.

In short, you can tell your sister I would trade with her in a heartbeat. I'm not sure if it would make it any better, but at least I wouldn't have to hear about how 'tragic and sad a day' my BIRTHDAY is.

I suppose it's yet another reason I'll burn in hell, but I am just about tired of reading/hearing about 9/11/2001.
I too am tired of hearing about my 16th birthday. I mean, it wasn't even that great of a birthday.

It only takes one transformer. I don't know why but apparently it only takes one and they will take their sweet precious time fixing it.

The whole comic thing? I didn't get it. I cringed, but that was about it and my volume was on full blast. I think I'm broken.

I lost power for all of 20 minutes yesterday morning. However, I'm so far inland that it either has to make landfall south of Charleston or hit the OBX at a sharper angle. We got some wind and some beautiful partly cloudy weather. That is all.
