Just look at those results!

+1 because that pic never gets old.

MC is the greatest! It's like the most fun, after that it just seems like work. Might just be me though.

I despise the Core. It is long, boring, and there's no variety to it.

BWL is so much fun. You're always moving, doing something.

Well, except for Ebonroc. That's just boring as hell.

Absolutely!  If anyone hasn't seen it I highly recommend it...this season is blowing the other 2 away already!

I am in an angry little box of anger. I watched the last two seasons with some friends of mine in Texas. But now I'm not in the Army, not in Texas, and have no cable. Hence I haven't seen any of this season.

And I was -so- looking forward to it, too.

Yeah tell me about it,  its why I've been locked in a cube for the last 6 months hacking away at redudant code...

Becuase everything should be on the web..

Use the web for your customers and desktop based apps for everything else...

Oh hi BTW...

HEY! I know you!

Welcome back!

-1 for misleading your brothers.

Mike, just hit the applaud or smite buttons under a name. You don't need any special amount of posts, but you do owe me a fucking whiskey now.

I wouldn't've known either, since I had like 126 posts from before I left THREE YEARS AGO, and there was no Karma system then :)

I got here and found I could smite. Never knew there -were- requirements.

Yeah, I think that's how it goes on every server. On ours, theres only 1 naxx guild on horde side, and like 4-5 on alliance. Then there's 18 alliance to clear BWL, and 5 horde.

The AD rep grind is really worth it. Not for just a cheaper ticket into Naxx, but the rewards from it do help a lot in end-game.

I am personally looking forward to the Talisman of Ascention. The resit is just gravy.

We'll get there eventually, too. On the positive side, most of our team is Revered or Exalted with AD already.

On the negative side, Hordeside on our server is more than six months behind the Alliance raiding-wise (our group was the second to take down Nefarion Hordeside, adn we did it like a month ago.) We've killed Sartura in AQ40, but that's as far as we've gotten.

Don't.

I don't speak or read Spanish. However, if I did, I wouldn't expect to find it on an English based BBS.  If you'd like to PM someone with a different language, have a ball.  But, don't waste my time by making me click to see the new posts only to find out that it's in another language.

Half of your posts aren't worth reading in English, nevermind having to translate them to read.

Jeez... who let this dufus spew stupid all over the place?

*throws him out*

I dunno, in a manic depressive 'Now I'm an asshole/Now I'm almost decent/Oops I'm an asshole again' way he was almost tolerable.

My God! Some people don't grasp the concept of mockery. My English is not perfect, by the way. I make spelling errors and typos sometimes. In fact, English is not even my first language. But when I post on an internet forum where pretty much all discussions take place in English, the least I can do is make an effort to use the best English I can.

Is using a shift key, a couple of punctuation characters and real words really that much to ask? That's just the way we like it here. If someone wants to post like a 13 year old script kiddy, then they can go play in a AOL chatroom. We're not interested in conversing with them.

Heya Judge. I was wondering when you were gonna weigh in on this one.

I did know that never said his first language was English rofl.I think you should look before you leap.

One of the things that makes me the most sad about society today is that somehow, through some bizarre social alchemy that I cannot understand, it has become bad, or uncool, or something to say 'Oh, hey, look at that. I was wrong! Sorry.' or 'Oh, hey, you are established and I'm new, so I'll say whoops and move on.'

What happened to the 'being careful and making sure you know what you're stepping into' that people used to do before joining a community? Is it the implied anonymity of the internet?

Answer this. Does being a smartass get you anywhere in life? She was being very docile towards a member of the forum board so I simply defended her nothing mroe nothing less as for points I really dont care about that I just like gaming and computers and enjoy talking about it.

It does indeed. How do you think I got a job which allows me to spend all day posting to messaeg boards? ;)

Also, I don't understand what this concept of 'I can do what I want, stop being mean to me!' is doing on an internet message board. I mean, if you came here and posted here, there must've been something that appealed to you about it, right? Why post here if you hate everyone that posts here?

What brougt most of us together here in the first place was the fact that we all like the fact that everyone -else- here can speak good English. There's something special about having a conversation with literate people.

You don't have to be obedient.  We'd settle for intelligible.

And lo, it happened!

PB, you're a prophet.

spanish is my first language i have lived in spain most of my life and i didnt go to school there or in uk.

I can respect that English is not your first language, and it does give you some leeway.

But, is there a reason that you didn't -start out- by saying 'Sorry that my English is bad, it's not my first language' instead of what amounted to 'Fuck you, I'll talk how I want on your board!' I think that is what got people mad at you, not the grammar itself.

I guess... but I never like to see a women upset as corny as that sounds.

Whatever drives you, man. I am not entirely sure what I said to upset this one - I was the nicest of the people to post in her thread, and I actually tried to give her a chance.

then stop treating me the way you are you can understand what iam saying stop being so obsessed and forget about it iam not a nasty person i dont take drugs and i dont drink iam certainly not a saint but you choose to pick out how i write insted of getting to know me!

I sincerely apologize! I hadn't realised that a simple, polite request that you respect language -while you are posting on our message board- was treating you poorly.

Good lord. Refusing to properly format an English sentence isn't being 'different'. It's being 'obstinate'.

I understand you perfectly but if you dont like the way they are treating you, than well leave cause they are who they are and you are who you are and we cant do anything about that now can we?

Woah. Did he just spontaneously become completely intelligible?

Wh... huh?

"Why should I dress up in nice clothes when I go to the business meeting? This dirty wife-beater T-shirt and old exercise hosrts cover up my naughty bits just as wellgood, and it ain't cold out! Thems uppity bidness bastards c'n jus' suck it!"

How about if you come over to our house, you try to follow our rules. We don't like to see language abused here.

iam sorry iam not a stuck up snob like you no one is perfect some people write great others not so good so stop being such a jerk and get a life not evryone is like you!!!

Ah well. I guess this one is beyond redemption. So sad that I was wrong.

For your information, I don't expect people to be able to write like an epic poet. I -do-, however, expect people to be able to follow simple rules of English grammar such as: capitalisation, punctuation, -making fucking sense-, etc.

MS Word has a better hold on grammar

Clippy: "Hi! It looks like you're trying to write a message board post, but I notice that you haven't used the terms 'LAWL' 'N00B' or 'PLZ'. Also, your Profanities-per-Word count is rather low. Do you need help with this?"

ok i dont mind if you think iam stupid but i have moved around all my life i have been to school for about a year iam sorry if the way i write offends you but the truth is i dont no how to write the way you do if you can understand it then whats wrong with you?

Whoops, backpedaling.

Lets see, where did I learn to write 'the way I do'... oh, right! I read books. People who write books generally don't write like retarded monkeys (at least from a grammatical standpoint. I know some authors whose content implies that a retarded ape may have done better.) Try, like, reading. Then, see if you can make your word-spew look like theirs.

Did you really laugh out loud there?  If so, why did you feel the need to inform the rest of us of that fact?  When I laugh out loud, I usually look for the applaud link, not type "lol".  And, I can't remember the last time I laughed out loud when I was typing a message.

Perhaps you meant to type something like, "I'm pretending to be submissive to win your approval" instead of "lol"?

Hey, BizB, I say give this one a chance to show if the desire to improve is sincere or not.
