B) As you're looking through your binoculars at the building across the way, you see that someone else has a telescope with a camera attached pointed right at your appartment.

I'd say a B. The possibity that someone could be taking pictures of you, is far worse in my opinion, than someone sneaking a peek for personal pleasure.

I don't care if I'm seen in the nude by someone else. It's not like I have anything new to share with the world. If you've never seen a nude grown man with a gut, then you lead a sad sad life. But with pictures, you never know where they could end up or how they could be used, so I'd preffer A.
