Hi Guys & Gals

Sorry about the reply in posting, time zones and an intense work schedule today precluded it.

You mention one small thing like the M*pp*t word and the whole world and his lobster pick it up and run with it. Ill need to be careful what I say from now on.

Oops mentioned lobster < looks around furtively > naah no-one noticed, I'll be fine.

Thanks to you lot I have been looking forward all day to taking the Muppet test.  What have you done to me.....

Hi.  Welcome.

Wow.. "precluded" and "furtively" in the same comment?  You're not supposed to make us look stupid until your eleventeenth post, damn it!

Lobster?  Sure, I'd love some.

I'm not playing your stupid muppet game... so there, losers.

So... tell us about your route (pronounced like root where I live) to our fair forum.

(I just peed a little)

Route To This Forum

Its also pronounced root over here, we are not that different you know, except for that tomato / tomato, potato / potato thing.

During my working day I get asked lots of very technical hardware questions. Whats the chipset on this motherboard, will revision G2 work with this graphics card etc. ( It really is as fascinating as it sounds, boy the girls flock to me with their questions )

Contrary to popular belief, I dont know everything ( or should that be anything ? ) So I stalk much more intelligent people than me on forums, siphoning off their knowledge until they are gibbering couch potatos ( or potatos depending on your locale ) and my IQ reaches double figures ( often 11 or 12 !! ) This enables me to keep my job and ensures my nett income meets my gross habits.

Have been hanging around GEEK.COM but have never felt the need to contribute as the average age of the contributors is 6. There are about a dozen highly knowlegable and polite people on that forum whos opinions really matter but the rest are Gerbils <oh no ive done it again, please no more pictures and I dont want to take a Gerbil test, well maybe.. >

So in my quest for sane and intelligent intercourse, I ended up here. So far you havent disappointed.
