Too Good To Be True?

I found this and checked around the site.  I then googled and didn't find any thing to discredit them or even any real reviews.

Have any of you heard of this?  And physics/science buffs please tell me this is a scam.  I realize that it's MLM which means scam to me but with other MLM schemes, google will pull up tons of stuff discrediting and debunking their claims.

Actually, you got the first two laws of thermodynamics in one scheme. First law says just only that energy is conserved, it cannot be created or destroyed.
Second law states that "in all energy exchanges, if no energy enters or leaves the system, the potential energy of the state will always be less than that of the initial state." Or, in other words, entropy messes your system up.
