I'm still having problems using this site.....I guess I will just leave this here...*puts down tech problem*

A week ago I bought Pinnacle Studio 12 and installed it into my computer. It installed perfect, I went to work on my videos and about an hour passed, I received an
XML Parsing Error
Error 15 [Illegal character] Line 0

The program automatically closed. I couldn’t open the program again or any of my videos without getting an error. So I ran Zone Alarm, ran a defrag, ran Reg Cure. I tried to open it again and nothing, still the same error.

So I tried to uninstall the software, all but one portion of the software would not uninstall so I used the Revo Uninstaller to get it out of my computer.

I decided to contact tech support with this issue, it has been back and forth. I have tried to install on safe mode on the admin side of the computer (when I tried to go on safe mode and install it said The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.), I have tried to install with Zone Alarm shut down, I have tried to restart the computer and install. Nothing seems to work, I will get part way through the installation and the XML Parsing Error appears.

If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your help, i fixed it. Turned out the the error was coming from my disk drive. I have fixed it and the software is working perfect. :D
